Return and refund policy.

accessories: when bought in store or online, returns will be accepted for 14 days period long as product is in its original packaging and not used. Products that are one-time use (e.g Screen protectors, sticky items or official products that needs unwrapping in store shall not be returned)

Repairs: if a repair is performed on a customer’s device and it turns out that the part installed is malfunctioning, it will be replaced free of cost. If the same problem persists Consecutive 3 times, the repair job will be reversed and full money shall be refunded to the buyer/customer.

The devices that are damaged by Dr.Tech or made extensive damage while repairing, would be complete responsibility of Dr.Tech LTD. In Case of a failed repair of damage caused by us with in 5-7 working days, Company would be liable to provide a Device Replacement of same condition or Better.

In case of any physical or liquid damage to the device or items bought of our store, neither replacements nor Refunds will be issued to the customer at all.

Warranties:

All Apple screens comes with lifetime warranties covering any malfunction to the actual part. Not even a little chip on the glass or LED display (Liquid or physical damage not covered)

All non-apple screen comes with 1 year warranty as long as there is no physical or liquid damage.

All Components and parts installed in phones, watches laptops or tablets comes with at least 6 months warranty.

In case of a device already liquid damaged and comes in store for further repair, 1 month warranty will be issued if a repair goes successful.

In case of Level 3 repairs or damage caused by company’s employee while repairing, we request our customers to allow 3 to 5 working days for the problem to be resolved. ( any data lost during motherboard repair would be NOT be guaranteed, hence Data Backup plate-forms are recommended at all times)

Buying Devices from Dr.Tech.

Once a used device is bought in store, it will not be refunded unless device is actually faulty or there is a problem with the device that wasn’t explained prior purchase. Returns in exchange of same device’s model can be accepted only if customer is unhappy will colour of the product (subject to any faults in device)
Any physical or liquid damaged to the devices will not be covered under warranty at all. Refurbished devices will come with 1 year warranty. (Battery percentage, face id and touch id not included)

Shipping policy:

Any device shipped to store for repair will be aimed to be returned same day to customer after being repaired. Any delays in case of complex repairs necessary to be carried-out on customer’s device will be notified to customer by all means.
Delivery cost of £10 (with in 5 miles radius), £15 (6-10 miles radius) and £20 (10-20 miles radius) will be applied on-top of actual cost of repair.

Untestable Devices:

If a device is untestable or Dead on Arrival, any fault other than explained by customer would not be covered under cost of repair asked by customer. Store staff will only be responsible for the functions that were working while booking in and testing the customer’s device.

Loss of Property:

Any devices faced an Un-met incident of fire or theft in business premises would result in complete investigation. Customer is Fully liable to get the exact replacement of Device in the same condition as it was brought in store.

Privacy Policy:

Customer’s data is not shared with any third party or organisation. The purpose of data is solely to communicate customers to ensure the repair is carried out successfully with any further time delay. Warranty and claim purposes also one of the reasons to keep cuatomer’s data in store’s system.
